Meet Morgan
Before joining Bobby as an attorney, Morgan had already served as second chair in felony jury trials, helping prepare and present cases in front of a jury. That time in the courtroom gave her an early, honest look at what’s at stake for clients and how much careful preparation matters when someone’s freedom is on the line.
In law school, Morgan was a member of the Criminal Law Association and competed on the National Dispute Resolution and International Moot Court teams from 2024 to 2026. She competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition, the world’s largest moot court competition, where students argue a complex international law case before a panel of judges. She also took part in the California Sports Law Negotiation Competition at the Rose Bowl Stadium, sharpening her ability to find common ground and push for the best possible outcome. And in the ABA Client Counseling Competition, she practiced the part of legal work that often matters most to clients: sitting down with someone, listening to their story, and helping them understand their options.
Each of those experiences shaped how Morgan practices today. She knows how to argue with conviction, negotiate with purpose, and listen closely to the people she represents.
