San Antonio's Most Wanted Barrera.
If this is the firm you call, I am the lawyer you get.
At Bobby Barrera Law, the attorney you hire is the attorney handling your case—from the first call to the final hearing.
At most firms, the attorney you meet isn't the attorney who handles your case. Files get passed to associates. Calls go to paralegals. The name on the door becomes a brand—not a guarantee.

Generations of Excellence
A Tribute to Roy Ramiro Barrera Sr. (1927–2026)
Anyone can inherit a name. Few inherit a legacy.
Roy Ramiro Barrera Sr. was a World War II veteran, a former prosecutor, and one of the most decorated criminal defense attorneys in Texas history. He was the first Hispanic Secretary of State in the state of Texas, appointed by Governor John Connally in 1968. He practiced law for over 60 years—and did it the same way from his first case to his last.
He also raised Bobby.
Bobby attended the same law school, trained in the same DA's office, and built his practice on the same belief his father lived by: every person who walks through the door deserves an attorney who takes their case personally.
That legacy didn't end when Roy Barrera Sr. passed away on March 14, 2026, at the age of 99. It walks into the courtroom every time Bobby does.
